Maria Sharapova who for the last 6 years has been the highest earning sportswomen of the year, has failed a drug test at the Australian Open in early 2016. The Russian 28 year old said that she 'made a mistake' when she revieled that she was taking a drug called meldonium, which was put on the illegal drug list by WADA late last year in September. Sharapova, the 6 time grand slam winner said that she 'recieved an email, however did not read it', it was an honest mistake she said and that she takes 'full responsibility'. WADA boss Dick Poud said that it was 'reckless behaviour' by Maria. She is now awaiting a result in her punishment. What do you think? Honest mistake? Or silly error? Or reckless behaviour?
